Standard UK Shipping:

1st Class Tracked & Signed (1-2 working days) - £5.55. Delivered in recyclable AZARLA SWIM cardboard packaging. 

Please be aware that we ship orders the following working day to your purchase date.

2nd Class Tracked & Signed (2-4 working days) - £3.35. Delivered in recyclable, reusable bag. 

World Wide Shipping:

International postage - £10.50

(Delivery time will vary depending on region we will aim for all parcels to be with you between 7-14 days. Please read below for custom import duty and Taxes). 

*Please note - Internationally shipped parcels will not be sent in the cardboard boxes due to cost reasons. We wanted to make our products accessible to people globally therefore parcels will be sent in our biodegradable posting bags. If you would like to receive your items in a box please drop us an email prior to placing an order. There will be an addition charge of £8.50 for international shipping in a box. 

Customs Import Duty & Taxes:

For international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.

Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.

Azarla SWIM is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a £25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

Cancelling your order:

You have the right to cancel your order until the point in which it is shipped. We usually ship within 24 hours but it can be sooner than this. Please email us at azarlaswim@outlook.com and we will confirm the location of your package. If still at our warehouse, we will offer you a full refund, including shipping charges.
